The Challenge

The team needed a public site it could update without a developer, plus an internal tool to track investors and assign them to projects, without paying for a separate CRM.

The Solution

Built a Next.js site with Sanity Studio embedded for marketing and blog content, and an internal dashboard behind Clerk auth on Drizzle and libSQL for customers, projects, and assignments. Clerk webhooks keep users in sync, and transactional email goes out through Resend and React Email.
